Pomelo & Grapefruit Gin + Tonic:

1 pomelo
1 grapefruit
1 bunch fresh basil
1 bunch fresh thai basil
1 bunch mint
gin
tonic water
ice
edible flowers to garnish
1. Wash the pomelo and grapefruit and cut in small wedges. Save some rind.
2. To make each drink put ice in a glass, add a shot of gin, a slice of each pomelo and grapefruit and a little piece of rind. Top with tonic water and garnish with basil, mint, and edible flowers. Serve immediately and enjoy!
