I had this thought today that having the discipline to workout on a routine basis is so much more rewarding than it appears to be on a superficial level. For me, training at a gym helps me focus on work, feel more fulfilled at the end of the day and makes all my little neurotransmitters happy and balanced. Did a doctor ever tell you about the direct link between exercise and improved mood/reduced anxiety? Don’t solely exercise to look better; just get up and go do it and the rest happens on it’s own.
