Saturday morning hike in my new @1stphorm gym apparel ❤️
The weather is getting warmer but it’s still a little cold in the mornings so this little fleecy zip up jacket is the perfect layer! Runyon Canyon is always my go to hike, as there are many paths to choose from depending on your mood. I’m more of a brisk walker and enjoy conversations with my girlfriends so tend to stick to the main path plus we get to pat all the puppies ??? But hiking can build strength in your glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and the muscles in your hips and lower legs, especially if you take the more advanced route (3 mountains, that last one is a killer, feels more like I’m rock climbing- those of you who do Runyon know what I’m talking about ?) hope you all have an amazing Saturday #iam1stphorm #legionofboom
