'Continuing south on the Carretera Austral, going deeper in Patagonia, I reached a small town called Villa Cerró Castillo. This place is named after the mountain at the base of which it is situation. There is an amazing 4-day trek to reach the glacier lake at the top, but unfortunately the downside of going to Patagonia in winter is the harsh weather, and so we could not attempt the hike. It is usually very rare to see the peak of the mountain in this season because of the bad weather, but I guess I got pretty lucky that day as the fabulous snow-capped peak was visible!' @timdavhen #Chile #lpinstatakeover #BestinTravel
