こだわりぬいた定番のモンブランパフェをベースに、朝摘みの完熟いちご“女峰”のソースをたっぷりかけた季節限定のパフェ??苺は軽く火を入れる事で鮮烈な香りが広がり、幸せな美味しさが倍増するんだとか…！
注文を受けてから作るので、いつ訪れてもフレッシュな味を堪能することができるのも嬉しいですね✨

This time we introduce a montblanc specialty shop,"Waguriya".
They adopt a method of making a desert after receive an order, so you can enjoy the special texture of fresh montblanc.
"Mont Blanc Parfair Ripe Nyoho" is seasonal limited menu which use classic Mont Blanc parfait as base and put 
ripe strawberry sauce on parfait.
After they receive an order, put smashed strawberry on fire at once.
This strawberry is enough delicious to eat in saline, but it will be more delicious by grilling.
Its sweet and sour scent explodes in your mouth.
Please try by all means a collaboration with strawberries and Mont Blanc
