We politely named this dish mutha truckin shrimp.
Pic 1. 2-3 tbl spoons olive
Red Chile flakes to taste
Med low heat (1 maybe 2 minutes)
Pic 2. One minced clove of garlic
Pic 3. 1 tsp - tbl butter
Pic 4. Up to medium heat. Salt and pepper your shrimp and add the to the pan.
Pic 5. When the shrimp start to turn pink (about two minutes) flip em, add a splash of white wine and up the heat to high to boil the alcohol out of the wine. As soon as it bubbles cut the heat to low. When the shrimp turn pink, they’re done. Add whatever noodle you want and toss in the pan you cooked in.
