My favorite part of a workout class is coming to my locker and forgetting my code seventeen times .

Tbh lately I’ve been choosing workouts based on what makes me feel good. I recently had bloodwork done and I’m thankful to say I’m super healthy, but my cortisol levels (stress hormones) are still in a normal range but close to being considered high.

In a world of endless texting, internet, phone calls and emails it’s hard not to become stressed. No matter how much I do, I’ll never reach everyone or even get everything done that I’d like to.... I also think way too much...
.
My workouts lately have been a lot more yoga, cycle and other cardio. High cortisol can lead to inflammation and heart disease, so my focus is getting zen AF and feeling great. (I’ve also been telling people I can’t deal with their bullshit bc of my cortisol levels and that’s been super fun haha)
