This group of amazing young men and women made up of various Northcoast tribes are dedicated to rejuvenating and rebuilding their traditional food system in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds. Climate change and overfishing have damaged the food sources they have relied upon for tens of thousands of years. But using traditional knowledge and modern science together, the ancestral guard are finding ways to make slow incremental progress in the fight to save their food systems.
