#mealprep is so pretty and reassuring. veg: black kale, pak choy, mushroom, zucchini, spring onion, yellow/orange peppers w coconut oil and hot sauce. Carb: sweet potato and butternut squash. Protein: tofu marinated in garlic, ginger, basil, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, braggs. Completely #vegan and #glutenfree FYI. Also, I’m neither vegan nor gluten free specifically but a lot of my food choices comply and I find people curious about how to make restricted diets yummy... so thought I’d share one. ?
