These past 3 weeks have been like a rollercoaster ride. Barely any sleep, nothing good to eat and no time to work out. I’ve been feeling disconnected from the world and myself lately.. Instagram is always so bright and positive but reality is, not everything is perfect. Sometimes life gets us down, but we just gotta push forward and be our best selves. Maybe you just need a break to find your shine and so I’m hoping that better days come my way and that this anxiety isn’t here to stay.
