West Village! Our Fraises des Bois Pavlova is back, starting this Friday at @DominiqueAnselKitchen. These tiny candy-sweet woodland strawberries are only in season a few short weeks a year and are overnighted to us from Malaga, Spain. We pile them high atop a fluffy vanilla meringue, with strawberry jam, mascarpone cream, fresh sorrel, and a little powdered sugar on top.
