ok guys so here's a few oblique exercises to try at home! As long as u do 3 to 4 sets of like 15-20 reps each .. you good! ????????????
I'm not a trainer or the fittest girl on the gram, I have a long way to go, so!! goes to show you can totally do it! Staying fit keeps our bones strong and healthy and hello keeps our mental in check cos challenges also builds our confidence and overall gives us an "awesome feeling" .. "afterwards.." LMAO ??‍♀️ and for me it also lessens the self sabotaging conversations in my head lol woohoo! Ok now go work those obliques! .
