U know why models are so absorbed with their looks?
Not necessarily because they love themselves so much... more because they hear so much bs everyday about how they are too fat, not fit enough, too old, too young, not fresh, boring, bad skin, too commercial, too much this or not enough that... it can be a punch in a stomach of someone’s confidence.
Only the strongest can handle that with a solid “ I am beautiful the way I am”. The more I am in the industry the more I get confident in myself.
Before I used to torture myself with diets and scary treatments coz someone said something, now I just smile.
You should always care to stay HEALTHY- in mind and body.
