I want to say that I'm happy that there are more veterinarians who are not performing this inhumane and harmful procedure on cats. #❤️

Thankfully British Columbia veterinarians just banned declawing and they call it inhumane, mutilating, and unethical. #truth
It's sad that around 75% of vets in America still do this barbaric and unnecessary procedure to cats and kittens.
It's also sad that a declawing vet was the one who advised a declawing animal rescue in Michigan to file a Personal Protection Order to silence us. ?? The PPO stopped us for 5 months from shining light on this injustice that is being done to hundreds of kitties each year at this rescue before they put them up for adoption.
Thankfully the PPO was dismissed last week after the @aclu_michigan and 7 lawyers helped us with this serious injustice against our First Amendment right of free, respectful speech so that we can continue my mission to educate the public and help end this very inhumane procedure.
Please always remember to be respectful and educational. When you are threatening or attack anyone, it hurts the cause, it's wrong, and as in this example, it often hurts us.
