On #mothersday I want to celebrate women who not only encourage me to become a mother but who also greatly inspire me as individuals.
To me these two @テリーサ・パーマー @サラ・ライト embody women-hood and motherhood (which are not exclusive) like few do.
Mamas Teresa Palmer and Sarah Wright Olsen collaborated to create a community for other moms and families called Your Zen Mama @yourzenmama.
I constant find myself reading their posts and feeling excited. Their vision and what they share lends itself to values I appreciate. Vulnerability, honest communication, and the 4 favorite C’s... courage, compassion, consciousness and connection.

There is a humility about these women that is so refreshing. Their voice and platform gifts belonging by empowering others and I couldn’t define being a mother in a better way than that.
