I had the opportunity to partner with @bubbyspieco in New York ( #bubbyspiecopartnership #sponsored ) and create this fun video featuring their amazingly yummy pancake mix. ? I’ve never made homemade pancakes this fluffy before. Super easy steps and don’t forget to not over mix...allow your batter to have lumps! The pancake mix is available online, at their cafe, and check out their feed for pictures showcasing their delicious dishes. If you’re in New York, come by either their Tribeca or Highline location. Let me know if you’ve tried their pancakes or if you do get their pancake mix...love to hear your thoughts! Aside from the traditional way of making pancakes I like to get a little creative. Here are some fun pancake ideas: green onion/scallion pancakes, diced bacon and shredded cheese pancake, shredded cheese crusted pancakes, pancakes with ground peanuts/Nutella spread, PB&J pancakes (basically instead of using bread...use 2 pieces of pancake).
