We always pass this charming salmon-colored rowhouse on our way to Washington Square. According to @curbed, 114 Waverly Place was constructed in 1900, but in 1920, portrait painter Murray Bewley, hired architect William Sanger to rebuild the facade and roof of his residence in the style of Jugendstil (a German Art Nouveau movement). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
