Take care of yourself so you can take care of others. It is #mentalhealthawareness month and in this turbulent time go within. Know the answers you seek are there. Find what makes you happy. There is always 5 minutes you can take to nurture yourself. This moment was taken today from my yogi guru/sister @ashanatomy without my knowing. This is what peace looks like. It’s not f-ing easy. It’s a choice to find the music within the static of the expectations and demands that we have given into. Everyday I do my best and even in my “failures” if I could have done better in the moment I would have. We are all doing the best we can with what we know and have.
