E-payments are a powerful tool. We can buy anything from food to movie tickets simply, swiftly, and safely with a simple tap of our phones. But as we push for e-payments, we must make sure not to leave behind less tech-savvy Singaporeans, such as seniors. It is no good having a #SmartNation if not all citizens can benefit!

I am glad that @imdasg is running workshops to show seniors how to do e-payments. I dropped in at one workshop this morning, for seniors from Teck Ghee. I was happy to see a good response – the workshop was over-subscribed! A big thank you, too, to the industry partners and volunteers who came to help guide seniors.
