Our Alphonso Mango Tart is topped with the very last of this season’s rare Alphonso Mangos from India, prized for their sweetness and bred for a low fiber content so they’re super silky and creamy in texture. They’re sliced atop vanilla rose ganache, finished with chrysanthemum petals, in a vanilla sablé tart shell. It’ll be available here in #Soho this Friday-Sunday only (a few more are now available for preorders online at DominiqueAnsel.com for pick-ups).
