Happy pride month! ?
My new pride earrings are now out!!
(And you can be too! But only if you want to and are ready. Everyone has to do it on their own time.)
I remember in high school my friend made a bunch of bracelets out of thread and when she asked which colors I would want I purposely said “oh I don’t know, I love all colors! Surprise me! Or you can just use every color!” She then brought me a rainbow bracelet that I wore with so much pride and excitement. I wasn’t out to anyone at this point so it felt terrifying having it on my wrist but also liberating and freeing all at once. It was the first step in my journey to being 100% myself 100% of the time.
So whether you’re in the closet, fully out, somewhere along the way or even an ally to the community, these earrings are to be worn with pride!?
