Had a 2 week social media break and guess what? I SURVIVED. What’s more I actually really enjoyed it. When was the last time you were ACTUALLY bored? Probably years ago.....before you picked up your phone every time you are bored? I had lots of ‘ bored’ moments and enjoyed doing something productive instead or talking to people or just people-watching instead of scrolling aimlessly. I also went to a wedding ➡️ made a new friend ➡️ did some running in Scotland ? 10/10 would do it again but for now I’m back ?
