Today The Duke of Cambridge visited the Isle of Man, where he met support staff, volunteers and members of the local community at the TT Motorbike races.

The TT Races first ran in 1907 and is one of the world’s oldest continuous motorsport events.

The Duke also visited the Joey Dunlop Foundation which offers specialist accommodation to disabled visitors across the Isle of Man.

His Royal Highness met injured veterans who were enjoying the TT races with Northern Irish charity, Let’s Do, which organises trips to motorsport events for people with disabilities and also met 98 year old Bill who has attended the races almost every year since the 1920s and can continue to do so thanks to the help the foundation offers.
