Do enough power snatch reps and they start to feel like jumping jacks ? hahaha! What a busy trip to NYC & Philly! Got a lot accomplished and had lots of fun. Spent a full day vlogging at the @hookgrip palace and then spent a day video and photo shooting with @universalusa - pretty excited about a new intraworkout carb product we did a shoot for that is coming out soon ?? Thank you to @ironsportgym for always being gracious letting me train and bring a huge crew with me haha ? Grateful for this barbell gypsy life & everyone i have met through it❤
