What do we say? How do we explain this? To anyone? About anyone that reaches this point... the point where they choose to stop fighting & end it all. For those of us who have been there... the unbearable sadness that takes over everything. Every thought, every emotion, every action... always shrouded in a dark fog that never seems to dissipate.
Even through our smiles & laughter & lifting others up we are beyond exhausted with the facade that becomes daily life. Hourly life.
Where sleep, if it can be achieved, becomes the only refuge... how do we explain?

PERHAPS OUR EXPLANATION IS THERE IS ALWAYS A DIFFERENT OPTION. THERE IS A SOLUTION. There is always HELP.
Do not let the unbearable sadness spread to those you love... altering their lives forever. FOREVER. Leaving them with nothing but crushing angst, insufferable pain & questions that can never be answered. NEVER.
A hole in the heart that can never be filled.
Anthony encouraged us to move and be curious and experience other cultures. Kate taught us to appreciate every color, every design, classic or quirky and see the beauty & fun in all things. They made our world a better place & encouraged us to be better people.

The loss of these two lights & the countless lights that succumb to suicide is darkening our world & our existence... permanently.
We must not give up. EVER. We must look deeper into our own lives & in the lives of others to truly SEE each other. We must be courageous & ask for help. We are all so delicate, so fragile... so unique & special. Each & every one of us can inspire & teach & encourage & LOVE those around us... we must push through. In our darkest hour we must search & know that it will get better. We must never give up. We must never quit.
Please tell someone you love them today & every day... we’re all in this together.
