I LEAD with LOVE . Today was amazing. JOIN THE CONVERSATION in a POSITIVE way. CONCERT DANCE vs COMMERCIAL DANCE . TRADITIONAL DANCE CLASS vs. TAPED . RATES , TOURS , UNIONS , etc . —-
I learned a lot, also had a lot to bring to the table, being who I am and what I’ve done in my own career… I respect all lanes ...and know that there are ways for us all to work together and meet in the middle :-) WITHOUT ATTACKING 1 another .

Trying to lead by example WHEN IT COMES TO CHOREOGRAPHERS getting their people taken care of ... by PUSHING for @immabeastco DIGITAL gigs , commercials , brand campaigns to ALWAYS meet #dancersalliance terms , KNOWING we can all choose how to train , where to train , GETTING MORE FUNDING for dance COMPANIES.... STANDARDS being met by dancers to not accept PENNIES from major productions / artists .

SO MUCH TO DO ... that we can do ... TOGETHER .
