By this point, I had forgotten I was in the scene & became a spectator. Flashing back to when I was a kid & first saw the commercial for In Living Color where Keenan played Arsenio Hall on his show. “WTF is this???” Was the internal question I had (my mom was standing nearby so I couldn’t say fuck). That inspired me to do all the characters, parodies, TV shows, & films I’ve ever done. Salute to the general @keenenivorywayans for pioneering a movement that still feeds many.
