Abscuse me please? ?? need some serious core strength to make them abs pop? Then try those exercises ??? those are some of my absolute FAVORITES. I do them on a regular basis & they challenge me eeevery single time! Core is actually my favorite thing to train at them moment so you might wanna accept this challenge ? nothing for beginners tho!-
