My mom is a salmon!!! ? Go @ginnymaccoll!!! Trying to learn you first pull up at age 62 must feel a lot like swimming upstream. It took her 2 years of assisted pull ups and negatives to get that first one, but she never gave up. She got 8 reps at 65 and over 12 at 66. At almost 67, she just did a flippin' #salmonladder. I'm freaking out.
