Today’s lunch was organic chicken from highly recommend them the chicken tastes way different than your conventional chicken and organic Brussel sprouts!
I cooked both with olive oil and #seasoned with @Flavorgod Seasonings lemon& garlic and everything spicy seasoning.
Nice trick when #cooking chicken breast if you like it juicy, sear each side like 3 or 4 minutes oh high and then cover on low heat for 8 mins or until internal temp is 165F.
I also cooked it on a cast iron skillet!
