The beginning of an #ERA? @jreyes30 @ramonibaynes #circa #2004-#2006 #MenInHeels ?. We were young #NYCLUBKIDS with a passion for fashion, music & DANCE. Everything came directly from the gut /?. Performing at straight night clubs in #NYC and getting booed at first glance, then winning over the crowd after an epic performance. Pumping down the streets to our shows while dudes would call us #faggots etc. throwing glass bottles at us and attempting to chase #Thekidz down the streets with #baseballbats for NO REASON AT ALL smh. We weren’t trying to be fierce or prove a point. Just unapologetically being ourselves without social media outlets! Then in #2004 came the spawn of pixelated YouTube lol. This was our first music video to showcase & inspire the world outside of the underground NEW YORK scene!
