I asked how long she’d been doing the top job and felt like a slacker when Karena told me she’d been directing since she was 18! From the jump, Karena collaborated, asking @jaymewes & I what we wanted to do instead of telling us what to do. I’d have been fine with direct orders but being able to contribute was fun as fuck!
