日本料理「水簾」は2018年3月に発表された格付け「LA LISTE（ラ・リスト）世界のトップ1000レストラン2018」で選出されました。「LA LISTE（ラ・リスト）」は世界中のレストランガイドや口コミサイトのデータを集積しアルゴリズムに基づいてランキングが作成されるグルメガイドとレビューの情報蓄積サイト。2015年の12月にフランスで誕生したランキングです。 2018年5月24日フランス大使館公邸にて行われたレセプションパーティでは柘植板長が記念の楯を授与されたほか、会場内では日本料理「水簾」から和食のピンチョスや巻き寿司をご提供いたしました。

The LA LISTE World Top 1000 Restaurants 2018 award ceremony and reception took place at the French Embassy on May 24th. Suiren Head Chef Tsuge was awarded a trophy while reception guests enjoyed pinchos and hand rolls from his kitchen.
