Greek salad ??? is my fav summer food. Healthy fats protein calcium salad, clean eating approach to summer, fresh ingredients & very healthy. At home I like to add various superfoods like #avocado ? #Spinach & #chiaseeds I stick to #olives #fetacheese #cucumber lettuce & I like to also add a variety of omega 3 seeds for toppings & added crunch. Great easy healthy superfood salad. If I’m wanting energy from carbs i like to put all in a small/medium size tortilla wrap but my fav is adding sweet potato cubes to all my salads. Try these combos I’ve mentioned & see for your self what a great #superfood salad this is with added variety to superfood it up! ???
