Continuing in my weeklong infatuation with the Nizamuddin area of Delhi, a touch more from this enchanting neighborhood...With evening settling here in the Berkshires, remembering a similar glow at night a few years ago, of a quiet man listening acutely to the words of an elder after praying at Nizamuddin Dargah, a Sufi shrine where the 13th-14th century saint, Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya, is buried. Within the wonderful hectic pace of Delhi, Nizamuddin Dargah is an oasis of calming and meditation, especially in the eve of fading light.
