@sweatsandthecity for our Role Model campaign:
1. What is your biggest accomplishment?
Making our blog our full time job! We never in a million years would have thought that when we started Sweats and The City, we'd also be starting our own company.

2. What motivates you?
Our followers are one of our major motivators. They are so engaging and involved, and it keeps us doing what we do every day! We feel an obligation to bring them more content and ideas, and we absolutely love doing it.

3. How do you face challenges?
Our approach is to first take a step back and assess a challenging situation before proceeding with a solution. A lot of times a challenge seems or feels a lot bigger than it really is right off the bat. A lot of our problems or challenges are minuscule in the grand scheme of things, and taking this breather really helps us to handle them in the best way possible!

4. Who is your biggest role model?
In business, the Tone It Up girls @toneitup ... we love what they've created and also bug fans of Hannah Bronfman @hannahbronfman
