Tofu ＋ mushroom lettuce wraps using Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wraps by @carolinecooksclean

Cut extra firm tofu into cubes and cut organic baby portobello mushrooms into thin slices, then sautée both with olive oil until crispy. Add 2tbs (or enough to properly cover the tofu and mushrooms) Lee Kum Kee lettuce wraps sauce, and cook 1 minute. When you’re done, plate with diced tomato and avocado and a generous helping of butter lettuce.
