sometimes sacrifice means years of hard work & struggle when nobody is watching.
Honorably for the first time ever —my mom + my great aunt takuko from japan become part of today’s tea focused show on @dr_oz . They taught me everything I know about Japanese tea. ???
the book that took me years to pen, and develop is finally opening doors to help all of you.
My life is perfectly imperfect, I’ve had a very tough path to forge, people didn’t get me for a very long time & some friends along the way didn’t support...I was always the underdog, nothing was for the money. People talked shit to me for so long.. & they still do.
Struggle became part of my story & I had no idea what I would have to endure #gaman.
It was only to help others —-but there are these small wins + they keep me going. #kaizen
Dr Oz & his crew have shot with me for seven seasons & I could not be more proud of their Emmys and all of the lives they touch. & the friends that constantly push me to grow, will only blossom with me.

And, for enduring a decade of a daughter who just wanted to do something different from her heart ♥️ & help others along the way... couldn’t tell you how painful this journey has been, but I can show you #grace & share in my books. xx Dr Oz airs today.
