To all the mamas who feel so pressured to get back to their pre-pregnancy body, this is for you! The photo in your far right was a month postpartum and I was 125, a year later I'm sitting a 95 and wondering what happened? I'm not where I want to be, but if I could give myself advice to the insecure mom I was a year ago, I would say enjoy the process. I was so worried about getting fit that 3 months later I was back to my pre pregnancy weight, but I wasn't able to breast feed anymore due to me loosing so much weight so quickly. I wish I could have had a couple more months breast feeding, I wish I had taken my time getting fit. As a mom your baby is only a baby for so long, and your body will only be able to breast feed with the proper nutrition. Enjoy it. It won't last long, and soon you will see your baby grow and your weight melt off and you will wonder what happened? A year may seem like a long time looking back, but when I see how fast my son has grown I know it's not that long at all.
