Purple Obsessed thanks to @michellehair using @matrix #SoColorCult | Here are a few of her tips for applying semi permanent color:

1️⃣Make sure to take small subsections to avoid shallowness of color.
2️⃣Make sure to completely saturate each section.
3️⃣Work in the same color family or with complimentary tones so if the colors bleed together, those tones together make a pretty color too.
4️⃣Be creative! There is no right or wrong when creating art.
5️⃣Consider your starting level and tones in the prelightened hair to ensure your colors will come out the way you envision. When in doubt, do a test strand.
6️⃣Keep clean sections and wipe your hands in between each section.
7️⃣I like to start in the back at the nape and work my way up the head to stay neat and clean??
