Back after it... Time to get my ass in shape again. Took a solid year and a half off from the gym. Between working on @alexisdejoria ‘s race car and forging/working on guns I just couldn’t fit it in my schedule on a consistent basis. Longest I have ever taken off since junior high school. Surprising how my body reacted. My joints felt great but everything else including my Texas BBQ gut turned to goo. But muscles have good memory and after week 2 of lifting and eating clean. I feel like myself again! Million times better?? #jessejames
