It is hard to find the words to express myself right now I am stunned by the news we all received today. Entire skating world is shaken with horror of what happened to Denis. Me and Denis became training mates at CSKA in Moscow when we were very young. We were two kids from foreign country who moved away from home to presute big dream. When training in Moscow we both had to face similar obstacles along the way. We became close friends and so did our mothers. We helped each other through the challenging road. He was an amazing person who touched many lives and archived enormous successes in his carrier and development of figure skating in his country. Denis was not only one of the best skaters in the world he was also one of the kindest and caring, and giving humans I have known. He was and will be loved around the world, and memories of him will live on forever. I am in still in shock and disbelief he’s not longer with us. It’s impossible to explain how sorry I am for his family. Sending my deepest condolences to his family and everyone who knew Denis. Today is a really sad day for entire skating community, we all lost amazing athlete and human. Rest In Peace Deniska you will truly missed. ???
