「The Best of Chef 50」2019
「WASHOKU 蒼天 SOUTEN」 Chef Ken Takahashi has been introduced in "The Best of Chef 50" 2019 edition, introducing 50 specialty chefs representing Tokyo.
For the first time, this cuisine will be offered at the gourmet event "Culinary Safari" with seven hotel chefs selected from five continents to be held tonight in Majorca, Spain.
東京を代表する50人のシェフを、スペシャリテとともに紹介する「The Best of Chef 50」2019年版に「WASHOKU 蒼天 SOUTEN」料理長・高橋 賢が紹介されました。
日本人として初めて、スペイン・マヨルカ島で今晩開催される、5大陸から選ばれた7人のホテルシェフが集うグルメイベント「Culinary Safari」にて、こちらの料理を提供いたします。
