‼️Period training ? Do you workout when on your period? I posted this on my story yesterday and was overwhelmed with the amount of questions regarding how to workout when on your period.

Yesterday I went to the gym regardless of not wanting to and cramping and feeling absolutely exhausted. To be honest - I don’t necessarily encourage it. If your body is absolutely exhausted sometimes it’s just telling you you need a break. Learn the difference between being physically drained and just being lazy lol.

When I have my period and feel uncomfortable I usually just do light workouts to get the blood flowing and sweat out some of the bloat! Here is the upper body circuit I did yesterday. Enjoy! :)
