It was a process but it taught me to be kind to this body that gave another human life!!! 🙌🏼 I've seen first hand it takes time for your body to shrink after having a baby. Don't rush it. We all have our unique journey to go on so don't compare yours to any one else's. I have learned so much about patience and discipline during my personal journey. Do not give up because quitting is not an option. I look at those pictures now and can appreciate everything my body needed to go through to birth my beautiful baby girl! I'm proud of myself for not giving up even on those days when I felt defeated (we all have those days!) All that to say - I wouldn't change my journey or my new stretchy belly button I'm working with these days lol for anything! I am happy with where I am and so grateful to my body for what it did and what God gave me! Gotta treat it right.
