Pictured here is my friend Lance Smith whom co-drove for former WRC champ Stig Blomqvist when they won the New England Forest Rally back in 1999 - in a Ford Escort RS Cossworth! That’s a rad bit of history. Lance is also the owner of the team (Vermont SportsCar) that ran my first year’s of privateer rally racing, along with Travis Pastrana.
