今日の和菓子：抹茶➕白あんムース

茶道において、和菓子はお茶を引き立たせる役目なので、和菓子自体に抹茶を使うことは少ないけれど、個人的には大好きな抹茶スイーツ。一保堂の抹茶と隠し味に白あんを加えて作ったこの抹茶のムースは久々のヒット作☺️?。和洋折衷、こんな和スイーツもたまにはいいな。

In the world of tea ceremony, we don’t usually use matcha for sweets as a role of Japanese confectionaries is bringing out the taste of matcha. Even so, I personally love matcha sweets. This is a matcha mousse with white bean paste to make the taste more Japanese like.
