This one is for the ladies this #plasticfreejuly. Have you heard/thought about trying a menstrual cup? Many of my friends have made the switch and swear by them. I’ve tried, but to be honest it was hard to get used to but every month I’m using it more and disposing of tampons and pads less. Saves money and you never run out when that time of the month rolls around.
