My workouts have had to change a tiny bit the last little while! Here are some exercises that i feel are still targeting the muscles i want without leaving me in too much pain later that day. I honestly think the hardest thing for me has been letting myself slow down a little bit and knowing when to take a step back. I want to continue working out the rest of my pregnancy so i know slowing down a little in order to do that is important.
