Healthy relationships start with a healthy self! Getting outdoors and having an active lifestyle doesn’t just help me physically, but mentally too. Running a few times a week is a great way for me to clear my head. Learning to push through physical boundaries has helped me become more self confident, and more capable of pushing through the struggles in any of my relationships whether it’s work, friendships, or dating.
